ABOUT BLUE VILLAGE MEDIA
Blue Village Media is the marketing/promotional subsidiary of RTO RECORDS, an independent music label established in 2003. BVM exists first and foremost as a support for excellent independent art and independent endeavors. Our publicists and booking representatives work with each artists' budget and needs (large and small) to provide the most effective amount of support possible to each artist's project and vision.
